The location is un-beatable. The condominiums overlook everything from restaurants to shopping and the ski lifts are literally a snowball throw away. The Lionshead ski school and children's ski school are in the building next door. The properties are close, convenient, casual and fun. If you want someone to valet park your car, this is not where you want to rent. Cook your own food in your own kitchen, sit by the fireplace, watch cable TV or ski till dark. These private condos are amazingly affordable due to the limited size, lack of a swimming pool, or hot tubs, and one car assigned parking. The location is perfect.
