Description:	This amazing Positano villa residence overlooks the splendid panorama of the Amalfi Coast. This Positano vacation rental is our owner favorite property. She loves the idea of being in the village in a large airy villa with stunning views. She states that the best feature of the home is the oversized patios stretching out into the sea. The house is on two floors and is part of a lovely property with lush green areas on several levels along with a beautiful, expansive terrace with a view of Positano and the sea. The Villa lies about 600 meters from the attractive little piazza of Positano and from there you go down to the sea along the typical local alleys with their fashion shops, bars and restaurants. The nearest beach is at Fornillo down a flight of steps (about 600 meters) pr you can take an elevator through the cliffs down to the beach. The furnishings are of fine quality, chosen with taste and almost entirely consisting of period furniture. The home is also equipped with satellite-TV, stereo with CD player, telephone, washing-machine and dishwasher. Broad-band internet connection. Cars can be parked in the private pay garages about 200 meters from the house. There is a cot available for children. GROUND FLOOR: large living-room with TV and fireplace consisting of two living areas and a dining area, kitchen/dining-room with oven, freezer and dishwasher, WC with washbasin, large terrace with view of the sea, furnished for dining outside. FIRST FLOOR: 1 walk-through twin bedroom leading to 1 double bedroom, you can also get to the double bedroom via 1 bathroom with shower, 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with bathtub. You arrive at the villa via a pedestrian alley with some flights of steps. Various local grocery stores are available within a range of about 100/300 metres from the house. Sorrento and Amalfi are 15 km away, and Naples 60 km.
