| Description: | This is a bright and elegant three-story villa which faces the sun and the sea. It sleeps eight people. You will enjoy a broad view of the sea and of Positano. The Villa is 210 square meters (2260 square feet). It features two nice private terraces with a view of the sea, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access. You will be in the center of Positano, a few steps from restaurants and the shops. You will find the closest restaurant at 30 meters (100 feet), a grocery store at 100 meters (330 feet), the stop for the Flavio Gioia bus interno Positano line a few meters (feet) away and the closest beach (Spiaggia Grande di Positano) at roughly 1 km (0.6 miles). You reach the Villa from the street level without having to climb any steps. You will not need a car to stay but if you do have one, you will be able to park it for a fee, in a private parking lot. The villa has two separate entrances. The main entrance leads directly to living room from the street level. If you prefer, you can get a second entrance, accessible from the backyard of the house along a small alley. Through this second entrance you will reach the living room of the lower level climbing approx 10 steps, without having to walk the internal staircase connecting the lower level with the middle level of the house. The terrace is 15 square meters (160 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a pergola with a bamboo roof. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a broad view of the sea and of Positano. The furnishings of the living room are romantic and elegant, and include some antique pieces. They include a sofa , three armchairs and a desk. There is an elegant fireplace made of bricks. In this room you will find a small television. The room has a large panoramic window with a view of the sea and of Positano. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. The kitchen is spacious and comfortable, equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a kettle. There is a table to seat ten guests. The kitchen is also equipped with a large television. The kitchen has two large panoramic windows with a view of the sea and of the coastline. The kitchen is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. The furnishings are classic and welcoming, and include some antique pieces. It has two French beds (120 cm/47 inches). The furnishings include two armchairs. You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor climbing 12 steps. It has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). An additional twin bed (80 cm/32 inches) is available (if requested in advance) to make it a triple. The furnishings include two armchairs and a desk. In this room you will find a CD player with FM radio. The room has two large panoramic windows with a view of the sea and of the coastline. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
