| Description: | This is a cheerful apartment which faces the sun and the sea. It sleeps six people. You will enjoy a wonderful view of Positano and of the sea. The Apartment is 80 square meters (860 square feet). It features a wide private terrace with a view of the sea, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and winter heating. You will be roughly 1.5 km (one mile) from Positano, where you will find restaurants, the shops and the stop for the SITA bus Amalfi-Sorrento line. You will find the closest restaurant a few meters (feet) away, the stop for Flavio Gioia bus Positano - Montepertuso - Nocelle line at 50 meters (165 feet) and the closest beach at 2.5 km (roughly 1.5 miles). You will reach the unit from the parking area going down a 100-meters (330-feet) walkway that includes approximately 130 stairway steps. You will not need a car to stay but if you do have one, you will be able to park it on the premises, in a reserved parking space. The terrace is 40 square meters (430 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a retractable awning. It is equipped with tables, chairs, two sun loungers and an external shower. Here you will also find a portable barbecue. From the terrace you will enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea, of Positano and of the Amalfi Coast. The furnishings of the living room are simple and comfortable. They include a sofa and two armchairs. There is a nice fireplace. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is spacious and comfortable, equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and other small appliances. In this room you will find a television. From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace with a view of the sea and of Positano through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room. The furnishings are comfortable. It has a bunk bed (two single beds, one on top of the other). In this room you will find a television and a CD player with FM radio. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace with a view of the sea and of Positano through a French door. You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, made of lucid majolica tiles and marble and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower. Here you will also find a washing machine. You will be able to enter the third bedroom from the living room. The furnishings are cozy and comfortable. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window with a view of the sea and of the terrace. The bathroom is tiled with lucid hand-made majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor. The rental price includes: final cleaning; electricity; linens; towels. Security Deposit: Upon arrival the property manager will ask you to pay a security deposit of EUR 700, payable in cash. The security deposit will be returned to you prior to your departure less any charges for accidental damages to the property.
