| Description: | This is a cozy apartment located in the center of Positano. It sleeps five people. You will enjoy an enchanting view of the sea, of Positano and of the Amalfi Coast. The Villa is 60 square meters (645 square feet). It features a spacious private terrace with a view of the sea and air conditioning. You will be at a short distance from the center of Positano, where you will find restaurants, the shops and the beach. You will find the stop for the SITA bus Amalfi - Sorrento line at 150 meters (490 feet) and the closest beach at 400 meters (approximately 440 yards). You will reach the Villa from the street level along a 150-meters (490-feet) public walkway that includes approximately 20 stairway steps. You will not need a car to stay here. If you do have one, you will be able to park it nearby, for a fee, in a private parking lot. You have to enter the main building from the street level. From there, a short corridor will lead you to a terrace, and here you'll find the main door to the Villa. This terrace is shared with the guests of some other apartments of the main building, and from it you will enjoy a great view of Positano and of the coastline. The terrace is 15 square meters (160 square feet) large. It is shaded by a pergola with a bamboo roof. It is equipped with a table and chairs. Here you will find also a washing machine (hidden in a cabinet), an iron and an ironing board at your disposal. From the terrace you will enjoy a broad You will be able to enter the kitchen from the first bedroom. It is equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a small refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!) and a kettle. There is a table to seat four guests. The kitchen has a window with a view of the vegetation and of the sea at a distance. Bedroom 1 - a pass-through room with en-suite bathroom Important notice: members of your party will need to walk through this bedroom to reach the kitchen. You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. The furnishings are warm and elegant. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed), that can be split into twins if requested. In this room you will find a satellite television. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace with a view of the sea and of Positano through a French door. The room has a window with a view of the countryside and a side view of the sea. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, spacious and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower. Bedroom 2 with en-suite bathroom You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. The furnishings are classic and welcoming. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed), that can be split into twins if requested. In this room you will find a satellite television. The room has a window with a view of the sea and of the coastline. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. Here you will also find a mini refrigerator. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, tiled with lucid hand-made majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower. Mezzanine Level Bedroom 3 The third bedroom is located on the mezzanine level. You will be able to enter it from the kitchen climbing 12 steps. It has a twin bed (80 cm/32 inches). The room has a small window with a view of the sea and of the coastline. Included in the price The rental price includes: electricity; linens; towels. Security Deposit Upon arrival the property manager will ask you to pay a security deposit of EUR 150, payable in cash.
