| Description: | This is a characteristic four-story villa created inside an ancient watch tower. It sleeps eight people. You will enjoy a charming view of the sea and of Positano. The Villa is 200 square meters (2150 square feet). It features a nice private terrace with a view of the sea, a private garden and winter heating. You will be in the seventeenth-century historic center of Positano, where you will find restaurants, the shops, the stop for the SITA bus and for the local bus, the beach and the tourist port. You will reach the Villa from the street level going down an external stairway which consists of approximately six steps. You will not need a car, but if you do have one, you will be able to park it along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces) or in a private parking lot downtown (where a space can be reserved). The terrace is 10 square meters (107 square feet) large. It is equipped with a table, chairs and sun loungers. From the terrace you will enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea and of the coast, from Positano to the island of Capri. The garden is 100 square meters (1076 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by an ancient porch made of stone. You will be able to reach it from the living room. It is equipped with tables, chairs and sun loungers. The kitchen has two double-glazed windows. The first bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the kitchen.
