| Description: | Casa Bignomia is situated in the oldest part of Positano called Liparlati, the vacation home offers a terrace that looks out to the horizon of Positano Italy. Casa Bignomia is the perfect home away from home - Peaceful and quiet, but in a central area of Positano. The rental can be easily reached from the main road; there are approximately 45 steps from the main road to the front door of the holiday home. The house has a living room with a table, chairs, TV and divan bed where one guest may sleep. From the living room, there is a beautiful view of the sea and of Positano. The bedroom offers guests a double bed, one bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. Guests may access the terrace from the living room or the bedroom, where you will be able to enjoy the perfumes of lemon trees and the breathtaking view of the Amalfi Coast seascape. A small, well equipped kitchen affords visitors a refrigerator, cooker, and oven. The centre and the main beach called Spiaggia Grande is at a very short distance from the holiday home, taking only 10 minutes walking to reach shops, restaurants, bars and night clubs. The bus stop is 50 metres from the house, where you can catch a bus to reach all the famous towns throughout the Amalfi Coast like Sorrento, Amalfi, Ravello, etc. Included in the price - Linens and towels every week and electricity. Not included - The final cleaning which cost 40,00 euro. Security Deposit - Upon arrival at Casa Bignomia the property manager will ask you to pay a security deposit of EUR 150,00 payable in cash. The security deposit will be returned to you prior to your departure minus any extra charges or accidental damages to the property. How to reach - If you arrive by SITA bus the nearest stop is 5 minutes near the house. You ask to the driver to stop you the first bus stop called LIPARLATI – near the cemetery. You call the attendant of the house who will wait you at the bus stop or at the meeting point. If you came by car from North or South take the Motorway Naples direction to Castellamare di Stabia, follow the sign to Sorrento and Costiera Amalfitana. When you have reached Positano fallow the direction to Amalfi for about 1 km /0,6 miles. | ||||
