Casa Sebastiana is located near the centre of the village of Positano, approximately 700 meters from the beach. The local bus stop is just 20 meters from the house, while the grocery store, where is possible to buy everything is near the door. To reach the centre of Positano and the beach you can take the stair near your door and you will be down in 5 minutes. The house is divided into 2 independent mini apartments situated on 2 levels. On the first level you have a living-room with a divan bed and a kitchenette, with fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher and toilet. Through an internal stair you go up to a mezzanine with a double bed and a bathroom with shower. From the living room you have a nice view of Positano and of the sea. The apartment has air-conditioning. The second level is downstairs. You find a living-room with a kitchenette, with fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher, wash-machine and toilet. Through an internal stair you go up a mezzanine, where there is a double bed. From the living room you can go outside the garden where there is a table with chairs and sun chairs. The apartment has air-conditioning. The 2 mini apartments can be rented separately, as have independent entrance. Casa Sebastiana is an ideal place to stay for anyone who desires a relaxing holiday and at the same time who wants to be near the places of high tourist interest, such as Amalfi, Sorrento, Capri and Pompei that can be easily reached by bus or ferry boats. The local bus stop and the Sita bus stop that goes from Sorrento to Amalfi, is just outside the door of the apartment, with no stair to do. This is very unusual for Positano, where almost all the apartments are reachable through stairs. From the apartment you can easily reach the centre in 5 minutes where there are a lot of restaurants, where taste the typical cuisine, and shops where buy the particular handmade dresses and ceramics of Positano. Security Deposit: Upon arrival at the property manager will ask you to pay a security deposit of EUR 150,00 (for each apartment) payable in cash. The security deposit will be returned to you prior to your departure minus any extra charges or accidental damages to the property.
