The vacation villa can sleep up to 3 people - the apartment welcomes you with a nice living room with a separate dining space and also a divan bed, where one guest can sleep. From the living area you enter the bedroom which has a balcony that opens onto the terrace where you can admire the beauty of Poistano and the blue sea. The kitchen is well equipped with a small table, fridge, freezer and oven. The new bathroom has a shower. The apartment is very wide and fresh. Just 2 minutes walking from the Positano rental property, there is an exceptional market where you can buy everything you need, milk, bread, wines, fruits etc, while 5 minutes walking will take you to lovely restaurants to taste the typical cuisine of the Amalfi Coast, with fresh fish and mozzarella pizza. Security Deposit: Upon arrival at the property manager will ask you to pay a security deposit of EUR 100,00 payable in cash. The security deposit will be returned to you prior to your departure minus any extra charges or accidental damages to the property. The final cleaning are not included in the rental price, so you will pay cash Euro 50,00 directly to the owner before you leave the apartment.
