Villa Alfonso, a beautiful private home for rent on the Amalfi Coast is located in Scala near Ravello. With extraordinarily views of the Amalfi Coast and near to the most famous towns including Ravello, Amalfi, Positano, this vacation villa in Italy should not be passed by when considering your next vacation. Each Almafi Coast vacation rental has very nice, new furniture and some of the rental units include air conditioning for an additional fee. In the living room you will find a dining area, sofa bed, table with chairs and a well equipped kitchenette. The rental villa has 8 apartments to choose from. Some are two-bedroom rental units accommodating 2-6 individuals and others are one-bedroom rental units accommodating 2-4 individuals. All the vacation rentals provide a private entrance, car park, a terrace with furniture & barbeque, and access to the pool. Not included in the price is the electricity for air conditioning. That is euro 50,00 in the apartment with one bedroom and 65,00 euro in the others for 1 week. And additional security deposit is also required. Upon arrival at Villa Alfonso the property manager will ask you to pay a security deposit of EUR 250,00 payable in cash. The security deposit will be returned to you prior to your departure minus any extra charges for accidental damages to the property.
