Villa Mary is a splendid vacation villa with a private swimming-pool, terraces, garden and an outstanding view of the sea. The rental property sleeps up to 8 guests. The holiday house is located in Positano, approximately 1 mile from the centre and can be reached by 120 stairs from the public road. The public beach (Arienzo beach) is a further 160 steps down, however this vacation villa also affords it's guests a beautiful private pool (Open 15/May - 15/October) situated on the left corner of the terrace. Outside there are 2 nice and large terraces. One is on the same level as the kitchen, and features table under a patio. The second terrace is upstairs, by the 2 bedrooms. It is furnished with sun chairs. From these terraces you have a great view of all the village and sea. The villa is elegantly furnished and refined to a high standard. On the upper floor there are 2 double bedrooms with 2 complete bathrooms. On the ground floor there is a wide living/dining room, with a fireplace, satellite TV, DSL connection,and fully equipped kitchen. Off the terrace there are 2 independent double bedrooms with bathrooms. There is one more bathroom with a shower for use by pool-side guests. This villa is suitable for occupation at any time of year having air condition and central heating.
