Villa La Torre is a watchtower, guarding the surrounding territory. It boasts a 360 degree panoramic view that has been used from ancient times as a site for look-out, and defense. The tower was carefully restored into this beautiful vacation property It is furnished with antique pieces, some of them extremely precious. Neary every room and terrace features the panoramic views over Positano and the sea. The well-tended outdoor areas comprise a garden with a fully-equipped loggia, the ideal spot for conviviality and relaxing. On the ground floor is the large lounge with its characteristic sail vault and splendid view, and a dining-room decorated with ancient majolica tiles and featuring a large fireplace. The vacation villa is located in the high part of the village of Positano, approximately 1 km from the center and the beach. The stop for the local bus is approximately 30 meters from the villa as well as grocery stores, fish market, bar and restaurants. You will reach the center of Positano and the beach in five minutes by the local bus or walking down along the stairs that go through the village. The villa consists of 4 levels: The Ground Floor, when you enter you have a sunny sitting room with fireplace. Lower Level, you find the dining room with fireplace, a large and well equipped kitchen with laundry room and a small bathroom with shower. First Floor, with a small lounge that is a passageway from where you access 1 double bedroom, 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with bath. On the second Floor, you have a large suite with double bedroom and lounge area, 1 large bathroom with bath and double washbasin and room with sanitary fixtures and separate shower, and at the end a nice and equipped panoramic terrace with a wonderful view of Positano and ocean. Outdoor: there is a lovely garden with tables and chairs for outside meal.
