| Description: | Ap. Positano is a lovely compact one bedroom rental apartment situated on the Amalfi coast road which connects Sorrento, Positano, Amalfi, Ravello, and Salerno. It is located in Praiano, a small fishing village in the heart of the Amalfi coast, in the centre of all its historic and tourist attractions. The apartment is in a typically old Amalfi coastal structure, recently completely renovated. It is very comfortable and enjoys a beautiful view of the sea, and the Amalfi coast . It is very quiet, in the center of town and directly accessible from the coastal road. There is a private car park next to the building . Travelling by public transport is very convenient and comfortable. There is a bus stop only 50 meters from the property . The nearest beach La Praia is 300 meters away and can be reached by foot or by car. Here are boats for hire to all major sea side towns, beaches and the most well-known islands of the area. There is a water-taxi service, boat rental, scuba-diving center, bars and several restaurants. The commercial center of Praiano is a 10 minute walk away. The apartment consists of a living/dining room with kitchen facilities, one bedroom with a double bed, 1 bathroom with shower and balcony with sea-view. The apartment has no air conditioning but is cool and is equipped with a fan. There is satellite TV and safe. Included in the price: private parking space for one car. (in case of Minivan, Minibus, SUV there will be an extracharge of Euro 150,00 per week. For a second car Euro 100,00 per week) Not included: final cleaning and electricity Euro 50,00 per week.
